Join us every Wednesday evening for a 3-part meditation session.
You don’t need experience, just a willingness to pause and notice your breath, your body, and whatever’s unfolding. We’ll do warm up exercises, sit through guided (mindfulness-style) meditation and then sit in silence together for 10 minutes.
Chairs and floor pillows are provided, but you’re welcome to bring a yoga mat or your favorite cushion for added comfort.
This is an inclusive space, open to all identities and backgrounds.

Park on the street. Don’t use the People’s Co-op parking lot, as per their policy for events. You may need to arrive 15 minutes early to find parking and walk to the location.
This is a fragrance-free event. Don’t use perfume, cologne, or scented products before coming.
