Join us Wednesday evenings for a simple, grounded meditation practice. Nothing to fix. Nothing to achieve. Just a chance to sit, breathe, and see what’s happening without rushing past it.
What to Expect
45 minutes of mindfulness meditation:
First half guided, second half silent
Optional group reflection afterward
No prior experience needed. No belief system required. This is an inclusive space, open to all identities and backgrounds.
Come as you are. Leave when you need to.
Floor pillows and chairs are provided, but you’re welcome to bring a yoga mat or your favorite cushion for added comfort.
Please:
This is a fragrance-free event. Don’t use perfume, cologne, or scented products before coming.
Park on the street. Don’t use the People’s Co-op parking lot, as per their policy for events. You may need to arrive 15 minutes early to find parking and walk to the location.
