Join us Wednesday evening for a backyard meditation practice. Nothing to fix. Nothing to achieve. Just a chance to sit, breathe, and see what’s happening without rushing past it.
What to Expect
45 minutes of mindfulness meditation:
We will begin with a short stretch and warm-up, followed by guided and silent meditation. There will be time for optional group reflection afterward.
No prior experience is needed. No belief system is required. This is an inclusive space, open to all identities and backgrounds.
Come as you are. Leave when you need to.
Floor pillows and chairs are provided. You are also welcome to bring a yoga mat or your favorite cushion for added comfort.
A Few Details Before You Arrive
This is an outdoor event, so please dress for the weather.
We will be meeting in the backyard of my home. When you arrive, please enter through the gate on the west side of the house.
Street parking is available along West Point Loma Boulevard. Please do not park in the driveway. Consider arriving about 5 minutes early to allow time to park and walk over.
No RSVP is required. Feel free to drop in. If you would like to RSVP, you can do so through the meetup group.
